24/7 SOC and NOC
for IT security and availability.
We support IT teams with environment monitoring, outage management and security incident response. Choose your managed service scope and the security engineering and GRC services you need.
Agreed responsibilitiesDocumented actions
We agree the scope, authorisations and response procedures before the service begins.

Managed service plans
Know who is watching.
And who takes action.
Automated alerts, fault diagnosis and cyberattack response are different tasks. Our plans distinguish them clearly, so responsibilities are understood from the outset.
Visibility
Observability / Monitoring
Visibility and data for your team.
- Metrics, logs and available application telemetry
- Infrastructure availability and performance monitoring
- Standard dashboards and automated alerts, 24/7
- Integration quality checks and agreed data retention
- Monthly availability and resource utilisation report
Availability
NOC
Engineers looking after your service availability.
- The full agreed Observability / Monitoring scope
- Technical alert handling and fault diagnosis, 24/7
- Approved remediation procedures and incident management
- Patch management for designated systems and backup oversight
- Coordination of escalations to administrators and vendors
Security
SOC
Analyst-led threat detection and response.
- Monitoring extended with security data sources and controls
- Event correlation, detection and alert triage, 24/7
- Incident scoping and authorised containment
- Coordination of remediation through to agreed closure
- Incident reports and continuous improvement of protection rules
NOC + SOC
Enterprise — NOC + SOC
Security and availability in one process.
- The full agreed NOC and SOC scope with unified coordination
- Priorities based on the importance of business services
- Core vulnerability management for known assets
- A core threat hunting cycle and agreed recovery tests
- Combined reporting and management reviews
Three areas of expertise
Operations, security controls and governance.
SOC/NOC handles events and incidents. S&VM addresses technical weaknesses and maintains security controls. GRC supports the management of risks, responsibilities and requirements.
Working together
From understanding your environment to improving service delivery.
Discovery
We identify critical services, data sources, risks and your team’s capabilities.
Agreement
We define assets, permissions, response scenarios, SLAs and the boundaries of responsibility.
Onboarding
We connect integrations, configure processes and verify them through acceptance testing.
Operations and reviews
We carry out agreed operations, document actions and jointly identify improvements.
Industries
Technology is part of a wider process.
Your organisation’s requirements depend on service criticality, the data you process and how you operate. We account for this context when defining the scope.
Requirements and responsibilities
Operational security supports compliance.
Monitoring, incident handling and records of completed actions help organisations meet their obligations. Poland’s National Cybersecurity System (KSC) and NIS2 also cover risk management, supplier security, business continuity and management accountability.
We therefore combine operational work with security engineering and GRC. Other organisational, technical and legal obligations are scoped separately.
Before choosing a service
Answers to support your decision.
How do NOC and SOC differ?
NOC handles outages and infrastructure availability. SOC analyses threats and manages security incident response. Both plans share a monitoring foundation but have distinct responsibilities. Enterprise brings them together in one process.
Does SOC include actual incident response?
Yes. The core SOC scope includes triage, analysis, authorised containment and incident management through to agreed closure. Actions depend on the available tools, permissions and approved procedures.
When is a service an extension?
When it exceeds the agreed type or volume of work — for example, a dedicated connector, extensive forensic analysis or a separate ISMS implementation. An incident occurring does not, in itself, turn core incident handling into an additional service.
Can we start with a specific project?
We tailor the engagement to your needs: a managed service plan or an agreed specialist project. Before starting, we define the required data sources, access permissions and team responsibilities.
Does a package ensure full KSC/NIS2 compliance?
A SOC/NOC package alone does not cover all organisational obligations. It provides operational capabilities and evidence of completed actions. We assess the remaining requirements, prepare documentation and develop an implementation roadmap within an agreed GRC scope.
The next step
Let us define a scope that makes sense for your organisation.
Let us discuss your environment, priorities and team responsibilities. We will use this to define the work, required access and service conditions.
