Security documentation tailored to your processes

A procedure is useful when employees know what to do and how to confirm completion. We create documentation that reflects actual working practices and clearly assigns responsibilities.

Service scope

Security documentation

We develop policies, procedures, instructions and registers for agreed information security areas, starting with organisational processes, requirements and available tools. We use appropriate references, including ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002, without substituting templates for analysis. We support approval, distribution and evidence of use. Every document receives an owner and update rules.

Documentation map

We organise existing materials, audiences and dependencies, identifying gaps, duplication and wording inconsistent with actual working practices.

Policies and procedures

We describe agreed areas such as access, incidents, changes, vulnerabilities, backups and suppliers, linking requirements to specific actions and decisions.

Instructions and registers

We prepare forms, checklists and record templates, defining what demonstrates procedure execution and where it is retained.

Putting rules into practice

We support consultation, approval and user training, defining document ownership, versioning, exceptions and review dates.

Project deliverables

What will your team receive?

  • A documentation map and agreed document list.
  • Editable policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Registers, forms and checklists.
  • Document-control rules and implementation materials.

Delivery conditions

What do we agree before starting?

  • Process owners available for consultation.
  • Agreed requirements and access to existing documentation.
  • An agreed approval path and publication location.

How we work

From understanding the need to verifying the result.

We understand your processes

We interview owners and review existing materials, defining document audiences, objectives and scope.

We draft and consult

We develop content and forms, checking feasibility with the people who will use them.

We put documents into use

We support approval, communication and initial use, agreeing how procedures will remain current.

Clear responsibilities

What is already included, and what do we extend?

Comprehensive customer security documentation is a GRC extension. SOC/NOC operational procedures and documentation of our own service remain within the relevant core plan.

Before making a decision

Questions about security documentation

Can we commission only selected procedures?

Yes. We agree a specific scope but check relationships with other documents so new wording does not create conflicting responsibilities.

Do documents alone demonstrate compliance?

No. Implemented processes, appropriate controls and operational evidence are needed. Documentation defines the rules and supports accountability for their execution.

How can procedures be kept up to date?

Every document should have an owner, review date and update triggers such as a system change, incident or new requirement.

The next step

Let us define a scope that makes sense for your organisation.

Let us discuss your environment, priorities and team responsibilities. We will use this to define the work, required access and service conditions.
